Workspace boundaries

Product reads and writes use authenticated workspace context. Untrusted message payloads do not define tenant scope.

Evidence you can inspect

Intelligence and Support Drafts preserve source snapshot and citation lineage. An excerpt is evidence, not a guarantee of correctness.

Freshness that is explicit

CURRENT, STALE, UNAVAILABLE, and SUPPRESSED have distinct meanings. Missing or unverifiable state should withhold continuation.

Human review before action

Draft generation and automatic preparation stop before human review. Approval is separate and does not imply provider success.

Deletion and containment

Suppression and tombstones dominate stale projections and retries. Restore does not recreate prior delivery authority.

Honest availability

Discord-first is the current product direction. Threads remains in development; live provider acceptance and production operations are not claimed.

Hydrava does not claim SOC 2, ISO certification, independent audit completion, or a public uptime commitment.
